Services

Two hands. Two categories. One trusted neighbor.

Everything Geoff does falls into two buckets: fixing and improving your home while you're in it, and watching over it when you're not. If you don't see what you need below, just ask — chances are it's in his wheelhouse.

Handyman & Home Improvement

The punch-list guy you've been looking for.

No job too small, most jobs well inside his range.

General Repairs & Construction

The everyday stuff plus framing, trim, decking, and small construction. Twenty-plus years owning a construction company means Geoff handles more than most handymen.

  • Doors, locks, hinges
  • Trim, crown, baseboards
  • Decks, railings, gates
  • Framing & small builds

Interior & Exterior Painting

Rooms, accent walls, exterior stucco, soffits, front doors, trim. Proper prep and the right paint for Florida sun and humidity.

  • Whole-house refresh
  • Single-room touch-ups
  • Exterior & stucco

Drywall Repair

Hole patches, seam repairs, water-damage cut-outs — finished, textured, and painted so you'd never know.

Shiplap Installation

Full feature walls or accent panels. Level, tight, and painted — the coastal look done right.

Pressure Washing

Driveways, lanai cages, pavers, siding, pool decks. The right PSI for the surface — no etched concrete, no stripped paint.

Garage & Storage

Custom shelves, pegboard walls, overhead racks, closet systems. Real woodwork sized for your space, not flat-pack from the big-box store.

Custom Patio & Pool Bar Builds

Outdoor bars, tiki-style counters, pergola add-ons, patio upgrades. Built to take Florida weather and hold up under a Saturday crowd.

Cabinet Painting

Kitchen or bath cabinets stripped, sanded, primed, and sprayed. New hardware if you want it. A transformation without the full remodel cost.

Full Bathroom Remodels

From demo to tile, plumbing to paint. Vanities, shower pans, fixtures, flooring — code-compliant and finished with care.

Property Management

Your eyes and hands, while you're away.

For snowbirds, part-time residents, and rental owners. Geoff schedules visits on your cadence — one-time, weekly, monthly, or annually — checks the house end to end, and sends photos. If something needs fixing, he can either handle it or call someone who can. No ticket system. No app. Just a phone call.

FAQ

Common questions, straight answers.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Geoff is a Florida Licensed Residential Contractor, CRC1334510, and carries liability insurance. Happy to provide a certificate on request.

Do you give free quotes?

Always. Call, text, or email with a rough description (photos help) and Geoff will give you a ballpark or come look in person, no charge and no obligation.

How far do you travel from Port St. Lucie?

The regular service area runs from Jupiter in the south to Vero Beach in the north — Stuart, Jensen Beach, Hobe Sound, Palm City, Fort Pierce all included. Outside that? Call anyway, especially for bigger projects.

Is there a minimum job size?

No strict minimum. For a tiny one-off item, Geoff can often stack it with other neighborhood work to keep the trip cost fair. Just ask.

How do I pay?

Check or cash for most jobs. Card on request. Larger projects typically have a deposit and a payment on completion — spelled out in writing before work starts.

Do you handle emergency work?

Geoff is not a 24/7 emergency service, but he'll do his best to respond the same day for existing clients with urgent issues (a pipe, a storm-damaged door, a property-management client with a problem while they're out of state).

Can you check on my home while I'm away for the season?

That's a big part of the business. Weekly, monthly, or seasonal visits — Geoff walks the house inside and out, runs the systems, and sends photos. Especially valuable for Northern homeowners during hurricane season.

What kind of work do you not do?

Geoff doesn't do major electrical panel work, re-roofs, or HVAC system replacement — for those, he'll refer you to a trusted specialist and, if you'd like, coordinate the visit. Everything in between is fair game.
