Thirty-plus years, two decades of owning a construction company, one Florida license, and a whole lot of homes helped along the way.
I grew up with a toolbox nearby. Spent twenty-plus years running my own construction company up north before trading snow for sea air and setting up here in Port St. Lucie.
These days I work solo the way I like it — no big crews, no subcontracted nonsense, no "I'll have my guys call you." If I quoted the job, I'm the one doing the job.
The work runs the gamut: a crooked door one Tuesday, a full bathroom remodel the next, a pool bar for Saturday evenings in September, and the quiet watch over a snowbird's house from May through October. The license on the wall is Florida CRC1334510 — Licensed Residential Contractor — so I can pull permits and handle the big stuff when it's called for.
What really sets this apart isn't the toolbox or the license. It's that I treat every house like I'd want someone treating mine. Clean up at the end of every day. Honest quotes, no surprises on the bill, and if something's outside my wheelhouse I'll tell you who to call instead.
